ABOUT ME
I'm currently a Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow in Natural Language Semantics and Pragmatics in the
Department of Philosophy at
Carnegie Mellon University.
I did my PhD in philosophy at the
Arché Research Centre at the
University of St Andrews under the supervision of Prof.
Herman Cappelen (Arché, St Andrews) (chair), Prof.
Jonathan Schaffer (Rutgers), and Prof.
Josh Dever (UT Austin). During my time at Arché, I was also a project member in the
Contextualism and Relativism project.
Prior to the PhD, I completed my MA in philosophy at the
University of Copenhagen and the
University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and my BA at
University of Copenhagen.
RESEARCH
My research focuses primarily on topics in philosophy of language (incl. formal semantics and pragmatics) and epistemology, but it also touches on various issues in philosophical logic and philosophical methodology. For more information, click
